AMEND on line 657 after the comma by inserting the following language:  "any personal service contracts entered into by the individual state institutions of higher learning,"

     AMEND further after the period on line 1090 by inserting the following language:  "The provisions of this subparagraph 2 shall not apply to the individual state institutions of higher learning."

     AMEND further on line 666 after the first comma by inserting the following language:  "actuary"

     AMEND further on line 988 by inserting the following language before the word "Any":  "Any party seeking a protective order for a procurement contract awarded by state agencies shall give notice to and provide the reasons for the protective order to the party requesting the information in accordance with the Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure.  The notice and reasons for the protective order must be posted on the Mississippi procurement portal for a minimum of seven (7) days before filing the petition seeking the protective order in chancery court."

     AMEND further on line 842 by inserting the following language before the word "The":  "In conjunction with the State Personnel Board,".

AMEND title to conform.
