AMEND on line 41 by inserting before the comma, the following:  "after a period of seven (7) years or the earlier of the school district achieving an maintaining a "C" accountability rating for three (3) consecutive years".

AMEND further on line 78 by inserting after "potential", the following:  "seven(7) year".

AMEND further on line 78 by inserting after the comma, the following:  "or upon the conclusion of the final scholastic year in which a district has maintained a "C" accountability rating for three (3) consecutive years, whichever should occur first,".

AMEND title to conform.
