AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SCOTT COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE MULTI-COUNTY COMMUNITY SERVICE AGENCY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Scott County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in any fiscal year, out of any available funds of the county, to the Multi-County Community Service Agency, operating various programs in and for Scott County.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
