AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CLARKE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO DONATE FUNDS TO MULTI-COUNTY COMMUNITY SERVICE AGENCY, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Clarke County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may donate an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per fiscal year to Multi-County Community Service Agency, Inc.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
