AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF BENTON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE INSTITUTE OF COMMUNITY SERVICES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Benton County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute an amount of not more than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) annually, out of any available funds of the county, to the Institute of Community Services, operating various programs in and for Benton County.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
