AN ACT TO DESIGNATE MARCH 29TH OF EACH YEAR AS VIETNAM VETERANS DAY IN MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1.  In recognition of the service, courage and  sacrifice of those valiant men and women of the United States Armed Forces who served during the Vietnam Conflict, March 29th of each year is designated as Vietnam Veterans Day in Mississippi.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
