AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 73-5-45, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO EXTEND THE AUTOMATIC REPEALER ON THE STATE BOARD OF BARBER EXAMINERS AND THE BARBER PRACTICE ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Section 73-5-45, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:

     73-5-45.  Sections 73-5-1 through 73-5-43, Mississippi Code of 1972, which create the State Board of Barber Examiners and prescribe its duties and powers, shall stand repealed as of July 1, * * *2016 2020.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2016.
