AN ACT TO PROHIBIT THE MISSISSIPPI DIVISION OF MEDICAID FROM REIMBURSING PLANNED PARENTHOOD FEDERATION OF AMERICA (PPFA) FOR FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1.  Effective upon passage of this act, the Division of Medicaid, Office of the Governor, is prohibited from reimbursing Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) for family planning services.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
