AN ACT TO PROHIBIT THE MISSISSIPPI DIVISION OF MEDICAID FROM REIMBURSING PLANNED PARENTHOOD FEDERATION OF AMERICA (PPFA) FOR ABORTION AND ABORTION-RELATED SERVICES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. Effective upon passage of this act, the Division of Medicaid, Office of the Governor, is prohibited from reimbursing Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) for abortion and abortion-related services.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
