AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF VICKSBURG, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY GIRLS STATE PROGRAM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. (1) The governing authorities of the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute annually an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), out of any available funds of the city, to the American Legion Auxiliary Girls State Program.
(2) This section shall be repealed from and after July 1, 2020.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
