AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HUMPHREYS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE HUMPHREYS COUNTY INDUSTRIAL FOUNDATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Humphreys County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) annually during calendar years 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 out of any available funds of the county, to the Humphreys County Industrial Foundation to promote business activities in the county.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
