AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO MAKE A CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVIN R. MITCHELL SCHOLARSHIP FUND; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. (1) The Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to the Devin R. Mitchell Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization.
(2) This section shall be repealed from and after July 1, 2020.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
