AN ACT TO RESTORE THE RIGHT OF SUFFRAGE TO ORLANDO ROBINSON OF NOXUBEE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The right of suffrage is hereby fully and completely restored to Orlando Robinson of Noxubee County, Mississippi, who was disqualified as an elector as a result of his conviction of Uttering Forgery in Lowndes County, Mississippi, on March 9, 2004, to serve five (5) years probation, and sentenced for Burglary of a Vehicle on November 12, 2004, in Lowndes County. He was discharged on November 9, 2010, upon completion of the penalty and any conditions imposed upon him for such conviction. The Legislature has been reliably informed that he is now conducting himself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen in a good and lawful manner.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
