AN ACT TO ADD SOUTH ADAMS STREET WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FULTON TO THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The following segments of highway are designated as a state highway and placed under the jurisdiction of the Mississippi Transportation Commission for construction and maintenance; and such highway, together with the highways designated in Section 65-3-3, and all other laws adding links to the designated state highway system, are declared to be the state highway system of Mississippi:

Northern District - Itawamba County:

That segment of South Adams Street within the corporate limits of the City of Fulton beginning at the intersection of Mississippi Highway 178 and extending southerly to its intersection with Interstate 22.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2015.
