AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 918, LOCAL AND PRIVATE LAWS OF 2012, TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TISHOMINGO COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO MAKE AN ANNUAL ALLOCATION TO THE FELLOWSHIP CHRISTIAN RETREAT, INC., WHICH IS FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE CROW'S NECK ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION CENTER; TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO SEEK ALLOCATIONS FROM CERTAIN COUNTIES TO ASSIST IN THE OPERATION OF THE RETREAT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Chapter 918, Local and Private Laws of 2012, is amended as follows:

     Section 1.  (1)  The Board of Supervisors of Tishomingo County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute an annual allocation out of any available funds of the county to assist in funding to provide labor, materials or "in-kind" services for the upkeep and maintenance of the assets located on the property that make up what is known as the * * *Crow's Neck Environmental Education Center Fellowship Christian Retreat, Inc.

     (2)  In addition to the allocation authorized in subsection (1) of this section, the Board of Supervisors of Tishomingo County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may seek allocations from and may enter into interlocal agreements with the Boards of Supervisors of Alcorn County, Prentiss County and Itawamba County to assist in the operation of the * * *Crow's Neck Environmental Education Center Fellowship Christian Retreat, Inc., provided that the boards of supervisors of such counties are authorized to provide such allocations and are authorized to enter into interlocal agreements under any law of this state.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
