AN ACT TO DESIGNATE A CERTAIN INTERSECTION IN THE TOWN OF ENTERPRISE IN CLARKE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "CHIEF RANDY BOYKIN MEMORIAL INTERSECTION"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1.  (1)  The intersection on Mississippi Highway 513 and River Road in the Town of Enterprise in Clarke County, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as the "Chief Randy Boykin Memorial Intersection."

     (2)  The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the intersection.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2014.
