AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI PREVENTION SERVICES, INC.; MISSISSIPPI FOOD NETWORK; TRIUMPH MINISTRIES, INC.; VICKSBURG FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, INC.; WARREN WASHINGTON ISSAQUENA SHARKEY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY, INC.; WE CARE COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC.; AND WOMEN'S RESTORATION SHELTER OF MOUNTAIN FAITH MINISTRIES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute funds, during fiscal year 2013, to the following organizations in amounts not to exceed the following:
Central Mississippi Prevention Services, Inc... $ 1,125.00
Mississippi Food Network....................... $ 1,800.00
Triumph Ministries, Inc........................ $ 11,250.00
Vicksburg Family Development Service, Inc...... $ 4,500.00
Warren Washington Issaquena Sharkey
Community Action Agency, Inc.............. $ 6,750.00
We Care Community Services, Inc................ $ 5,625.00
Women's Restoration Shelter of
Mountain Faith Ministries................. $ 4,500.00
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
