AN ACT TO REQUIRE ANY BANK THAT HAS AN AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE LOCATED ON ITS PREMISES THAT IS OWNED BY ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OR OTHER ENTITY TO AFFIX ON THE FRONT OF THE MACHINE THE NAME, ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION OF THE OWNER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The following shall be codified as Section 81-5-107, Mississippi Code of 1972:

     81-5-107.  If any bank has an automated teller machine located on its premises that is owned by another financial institution or other entity, then such bank shall affix on the front of the machine the name, address and contact information of the owner.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2013.
