AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TUNICA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE AARON E. HENRY COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC, INCORPORATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING AND ENHANCING THE MEDICAL CARE IN AND FOR THE RESIDENTS OF TUNICA COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tunica County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute from any available county funds, an amount not to exceed Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) during calendar year 2013 and an amount not to exceed Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) during calendar year 2014, to the Aaron E. Henry Community Health Clinic, Incorporated solely for the purpose of improving and enhancing medical care in and for the residents of Tunica County, Mississippi.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
