AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 933, LOCAL AND PRIVATE LAWS OF 2011, TO EXTEND THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2015, THE AUTHORITY OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAFAYETTE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE ANNUALLY TO THE OXFORD-LAFAYETTE COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. Chapter 933, Local and Private Laws of 2011, is amended as follows:

Section 1. The Board of Supervisors of Lafayette County, Mississippi, may contribute annually to the Oxford-Lafayette County Economic Development Foundation, out of any available county funds, an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) in each of the following fiscal years: the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012; the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013; * * * the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014; and the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
