AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO MAKE A CONTRIBUTION TO MID-STATE OPPORTUNITY, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute annually an amount not to exceed Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) during calendar years 2012 and 2013 to Mid-State Opportunity, Inc., a community action agency serving Tallahatchie County.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
