AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF DESOTO COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE ANNUALLY TO THE MEMPHIS CHILD ADVOCACY CENTER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Desoto County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute from any available funds an amount not to exceed Sixty-five Thousand Dollars ($65,000.00) annually to the Memphis Child Advocacy Center.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
