AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON COUNTY TO LEASE A SURPLUS TRAILER TO THE GULF COAST COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FOR NOMINAL CONSIDERATION TO BE USED AS A FACILITY TO SERVE THE CITIZENS OF THE SAUCIER COMMUNITY AS A FOOD PANTRY AND FOR OTHER CHARITABLE USES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Harrison County, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to lease a surplus trailer to the Gulf Coast Community Foundation for nominal consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) per year to be used as a facility to serve the citizens of the Saucier Community as a food pantry and for other charitable uses.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
