AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY TO DONATE FUNDS TO THE EMMETT TILL MEMORIAL COMMISSION OF TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may donate a sum up to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per calendar year through and including the 2010 to 2011 calendar years, out of any available funds, to the Emmett Till Memorial Commission of Tallahatchie County, Inc.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
