AN ACT TO REQUIRE RESTAURANTS THAT OFFER FOOD SERVICE AT A DRIVE-UP WINDOW TO DISPLAY THE FACILITY'S CURRENT FOOD FACILITY INSPECTION REPORT WITH THE INSPECTION GRADE BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AT A LOCATION INSIDE OF THE FACILITY AND AT THE DRIVE-UP WINDOW; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Each restaurant or other food facility that requires a permit from the State Department of Health and that offers food service to persons in vehicles at a drive-up window shall display the facility's current food facility inspection report with the inspection grade by the department at a location inside of the facility and at the drive-up window so that it is visible to persons sitting in a vehicle by the window.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2010.
