     AMEND on line 38 by striking the language "race tracks" and inserting the language "motor speedways" in lieu thereof.

     AMEND FURTHER on line 69 by inserting the following language after the word "facility":  "within the project"

     AMEND FURTHER on Line 71 by striking the period and inserting the following language in lieu thereof:  "; however, pro shops, souvenir shops, gift shops, concessions and similar retail activities may be included within the definition of the term "tourism project."
