   We, the undersigned conferees, have had under consideration the amendments to the following entitled RESOLUTION:

 

H. C. No.   98:  President and Congress; urge support of the "25 by 25" initiative promoting agricultural-based renewable energy.

 

  We, therefore, respectfully submit the following report and recommendation:
