AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF COMPREHENSIVE ELECTRONIC COURT SYSTEMS FUNDS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Administrative Office of Courts is authorized to expend such money on hand and as may be collected into the special fund in the State Treasury designated as the Comprehensive Electronic Court Systems Fund for the purpose of defraying the expenses of developing, implementing and testing of a comprehensive case management and electronic filing system for the courts of the state as contemplated by Section 9-21-14.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
