AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 910, LOCAL AND PRIVATE LAWS OF 1985, WHICH AUTHORIZES NOXUBEE COUNTY, THE CITY OF MACON, THE TOWN OF BROOKSVILLE AND THE TOWN OF SHUQUALAK TO ESTABLISH AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Chapter 910, Local and Private Laws of 1985, which authorizes Noxubee County, the City of Macon, the Town of Brooksville and the Town of Shuqualak to establish an economic development authority, is repealed.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
