AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO A LOCAL BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, is authorized to contribute not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) during calendar year 2007 out of any available funds of the county, to a local Boys and Girls Club.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
