AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS ANNUALLY TO CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI PREVENTION SERVICES, INC., FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING AT-RISK YOUTH IN WARREN COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute funds annually in an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) to Central Mississippi Prevention Services, Inc., for the purpose of enhancing its program curriculum designed to assist at-risk youth in Warren County.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
