Senate Amendments to House Bill No. 1112

 

TO THE CLERK OF THE HOUSE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SENATE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

      AMEND on line 275 by inserting before the word "limited" the following:

separate account managed by a Securities and Exchange Commission registered investment advisory firm retained as an investment manager by the board; or a

     FURTHER, amend on line 276 by changing the comma to the word "or" and deleting the words "or separate account", by inserting in lieu thereof a deletion mark followed by the word "approved"

     FURTHER, amend the title on line 6 by inserting after the semicolon thereon the following:

TO CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF SENATE BILL NO. 2323, 2006 REGULAR SESSION, TO CLARIFY THE INVESTMENT AUTHORITY OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM;
