AMENDMENT NO 1 TO COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

Senate Bill No. 2700

     AMEND by deleting lines 8 through 31 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

     "SECTION 1.  The State Department of Health shall provide information on its internet website about various diseases that may affect school-age children, including the causes, symptoms and means by which those diseases are spread, and any vaccinations that are available to immunize children against those diseases.  Local school boards may provide a link on the school district's internet website to that information on the State Department of Health' website."

     AMEND FURTHER the title to conform.
