     AMEND on Line 154 by striking the word "For" and inserting the following language in lieu thereof:

"Except as otherwise provided, for" 

     AMEND FURTHER by inserting the following language after the period on Line 163:

"However, an individual whose personal net worth exceeds One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) shall not be considered to be an economically disadvantaged individual."
