House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 3092

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND on line 8 by inserting after the comma the words "to the Veterans Affairs Board"

     AMEND FURTHER by inserting the following new section after line 12 and renumbering the succeeding sections:

     "SECTION 2.  As a condition of receiving the money appropriated by Section 1 of this act, the Veterans Affairs Board shall pay into the State General Fund any funds that the board receives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or any other federal agency as reimbursement for any of the purposes described in Section 1 of this act."
