House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2891

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 2

 

     AMEND on line 46 by inserting the following after (e):  ", to include the approval of any using and/or controlling agency, board or commission of the proposed site,"

     AMEND FURTHER on line 56 by inserting the following immediately after the period:  "Upon the expiration of the fifty-year lease term, the property leased, conveyed or transferred under this section shall revert back to the controlling agency or to the State of Mississippi."

     AMEND FURTHER after line 56 by inserting the following:

     "(5)  The State of Mississippi shall retain all mineral rights to such property."
