House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2871

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND on line 157 by inserting "income and" between "all" and "expenditures"

     AMEND further on line 158 by striking "three (3)" and inserting in lieu thereof "four (4)"

     AMEND further on line 160 by striking the word "and" and inserting a comma in lieu thereof, and inserting "and the State Auditor" before the period
