House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2809

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND on line 945 after the period by inserting the following:  "When there is a conflict between an electronic voting system and a paper record, then there is a rebuttable presumption that the paper record is correct."
