House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2757

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND on line 251 by inserting the following after the word "passage":  "and shall stand repealed on May 1, 2006"

AMENDMENT NO. 3

 

     AMEND after line 56 by inserting the following:

     "(4)  The Supreme Court shall utilize any self-funded case management and electronic filing system of the Three Rivers Planning and Development District or any other county that existed on the effective date of Senate Bill No. 2757, 2006 Regular Session, as a pilot program.  No statewide comprehensive case management and electronic filing system shall be implemented by the Mississippi Supreme Court unless such system is approved by the Legislature."
