House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2682

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND by striking the language on line 22 after "(3)" through the period on line 24 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:  "A ten percent (10%) match of the ending cash balance of the aggregate funds made available shall be required of eligible small communities.  The allocation of these funds may be used for, but not limited to, public utilities."
