House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2260

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND on line 15 by inserting the word "presently" before the word "existing"

     AMEND further on line 25 by striking the word "this" and inserting the word "the" in lieu thereof

     AMEND further on line 30 by inserting the word "said" before the word "county"

     AMEND further on line 33 by striking the word "the" at the end of the line and inserting the word "said" in lieu thereof

     AMEND further on line 43 by inserting the word "Thereafter" following the period on line 43 as the beginning word of the succeeding sentence
