AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 69-15-17, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH REPEALS SECTIONS 69-15-2, 69-15-3, 69-15-7, 69-15-9, 69-15-11, 69-15-13 AND 69-15-15 WHICH ESTABLISH AND EMPOWER THE BOARD OF ANIMAL HEALTH, THE STATE VETERINARIAN AND THE VETERINARY DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Section 69-15-17, Mississippi Code of 1972, which repeals Sections 69-15-2, 69-15-3, 69-15-7, 69-15-9, 69-15-11, 69-15-13 and 69-15-15 which create and empower the Board of Animal Health, the State Veterinarian and the Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, is repealed.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
