AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF DESOTO COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF AMERICA OR ITS LOCAL DESOTO COUNTY CHAPTER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of DeSoto County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) annually, out of any available funds of the county, to the Boys and Girls Club of America or its local DeSoto County Chapter.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
