AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TATE COUNTY TO transfer one 1990 Chevrolet School Bus, to the Institute of Community Services, Inc., to assist the Institute in transporting children of Tate County to and from the Institute's Headstart facility in Tate County; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tate County may, in its discretion, transfer one (1) 1990 Chevrolet School Bus, Model #B6P, VIN 1GBL6P1F0LV109982, to the Institute of Community Services, Inc., to assist the institute in transporting children of Tate County to and from the institute's Headstart facility in Tate County.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
