AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTIONS 49-20-1 THROUGH 49-20-37, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH CREATE THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER TIMBERLANDS CONTROL ACT OF 1991; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. Sections 49-20-1, 49-20-3, 49-20-5, 49-20-6, 49-20-7, 49-20-11, 49-20-13, 49-20-15, 49-20-17, 49-20-19, 49-20-21, 49-20-23, 49-20-25, 49-20-27, 49-20-29, 49-20-31, 49-20-33, 49-20-35 and 49-20-37, Mississippi Code of 1972, which create the Mississippi River Timberlands Control Act of 1991, are repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
