  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SENATE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 5

 

     AMEND by inserting the following after line 1025 and renumber subsequent subsection(s) accordingly:

     (3)  Grants to at-risk industries under this section shall not exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00).
