House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2038

 

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

 

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

 

 

 

AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

     AMEND on line 198 by deleting the words and figures "fifteen percent (15%)" and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "twenty-five percent (25%)"

     AMEND FURTHER on line 209 by changing the "2004" to "2005" and by changing "2005" to "2006"
