AMENDMENT NO 4 PROPOSED TO

     Amend by striking all after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

 

     SECTION 1.  Section 41-67-31, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows:

     41-67-31.  Sections 41-67-1 through 41-67-29 shall stand repealed on July 1, 2006.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

     Further, amend by striking the title in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

 

     AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 41-67-31, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, BY EXTENDING THE REPEALER ON THE MISSISSIPPI INDIVIDUAL ON-SITE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SYSTEM LAW; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
