     Amend line 68 by striking "hotels, sports" and inserting in lieu thereof "hotels and sports"

     Amend line 69 by striking "and gaming businesses"

    

     Amend by inserting the following after line 72:

     The term "business enterprise" shall not include gaming businesses.

     Amend line 120 by changing the comma to the word "and"

     Amend line 123 by placing a period after the word "area" and by striking the language thereafter through the period on line 125. 

    

     Further, amend the title to conform.
