AMENDMENT NO 1 TO COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

Senate Bill No. 3051

     AMEND by deleting lines 206 through 208 and inserting the following:

     "SECTION 14.  None of the funds appropriated by this act shall be used to fund any expenditures for litigation for the purpose of (a) causing any funds to the credit of the Partnership for a Healthy Mississippi, Inc., to be transferred to the State Treasury, or (b) causing any of the tobacco settlement monies that are paid annually under court order to the Partnership for a Healthy Mississippi, Inc., to be paid into the State Treasury."
